Q. Do you ship to my country?

A. Hell Yeah, i do! i want everyone, everywhere to be able to rock ForTheFly and therefore ship internationally USING CORREOS - SPANISH NATIONAL POST. If you have any questions about shipping just reach out and i’ll be happy to help. all pieces are shipped in recycled packing materials AND PROTECTED AS BEST i CAN.

Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?

A. READY TO SHIP pieces in the store usually head out the door within 1-3 business days, all made-to-order pieces have approximate production times in the descriptions. then it’s all down to the postal peeps!

Q. What is your return/exchange policy?

A. Unfortunately i cannot accept returns or exchanges on any one of a kind, custom, made-to-order or customized pieces. All pieces are sold ‘as is’ with all sales deemed final and if you have any questions about something specific, please just shoot a quick message before purchase.

Q. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

A. i cannot take responsibility for any packages once they have left ForTheFly HQ unless you choose THE tracked & insured shipping option. all customs charges, delays, TAXES etc. are out of my control and i ask you please be understanding of this. If you need something for a specific date, please let me know before purchase and i’ll do my best to make it happen.
